2. Our Services
Crafting Futures provides apprenticeship guidance services for teenagers and their families, including:
- One-to-one mentoring
- Apprenticeship application support
- CV and cover letter coaching
- Interview preparation
- Ongoing apprenticeship support
- Parent guidance sessions
3. Parental Consent
As our services are designed for individuals under 18, we require parental or guardian consent before providing any services to a young person. By booking a Discovery Session or purchasing our services on behalf of a teenager, you confirm that:
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the young person
- You consent to us providing services to them
- You consent to us processing their personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
4. Bookings and Payments
4.1 Free Discovery Sessions
Discovery Sessions are offered free of charge with no obligation to purchase further services.
4.2 Paid Services
Fees for our services will be quoted before you commit. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
4.3 Payment Terms
Full payment is required before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel our services within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, and you will receive a full refund.
5.2 How to Cancel
To cancel, please contact us by email stating your wish to cancel. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
5.3 Rescheduling Sessions
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we provide expert guidance and support, we cannot guarantee that your teenager will secure an apprenticeship. Success depends on many factors including the young person's commitment, the availability of suitable positions, and employer decisions that are beyond our control.
6.2 Guidance Not Advice
Our services provide guidance based on experience and knowledge of the apprenticeship landscape. This should not be considered professional career advice, legal advice, or financial advice. You should make your own decisions based on your individual circumstances.
6.3 Third-Party Content

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services

- We shall not be liable for any loss of income, business opportunities, or anticipated savings
