Crafting Futures for Tomorrow's Leaders
Empowering youth to shape their futures.
Crafting Futures specialises in workforce development and apprenticeship placement services tailored for teenagers.
We provide personalised career coaching, guiding teenagers through their journeys with expertise and compassion.
Our program encourages not only skills, but confidence and resilience.

Why Families Choose Crafting Futures
We believe every teenager will be able to benefit from our skills and expertise.
The founder of this company Raghav Patel will be bring his own triumphs and solutions to help your teenager gain clarity on what the 'Apprenticeship Journey' will mean.
Most teenagers apply for apprenticeships without knowing whether the role is actually right for them. They guess which companies are hiring, what their applications should say, and how to prepare for interviews — competing against thousands for positions they may not even be suited for.
We assess your teenager's strengths, match them up to apprenticeship programmes where they'll genuinely thrive and guide them through every step of the way from application to offer.
Parents get peace of mind and teenagers get the support from Crafting Futures - Win Win for everyone!!!!
Raghav will be working directly with you here!

The 1-2-1 meeting with Raghav will evolve around building confidence and self esteem through discussing strategy sessions, personal skills and goals, application reviews and interview preparation.
"I've sat in the assessment centres. I've answered the interview questions. I've experienced redundancy and come out the other side stronger."
That means your teenager gets the guidance from someone who's actually been through it - not a career advisor reading from a script.
We meet weekly to review progress, refine applications, and prepare for each stage of the process. When your teenager has a question 9pm the night before an interview, they can message me directly.

Applications That Get Pulled From the Pile
Crafting Futures is here to help your teenager stand out!
Most applications look identical.
Same generic CVs.
Same vague cover letters.
Hiring managers scan hundreds and reject most within seconds.
Your teenager's application will have the Crafting Future touch for success.
I help them craft applications that speak directly to what each employer is looking for - because I know what assessment teams actually want to see.
We tailor every CV, cover letter, and application form to the specific role, using language and examples that make reviewers stop and pay attention.
By the time we submit, your teenager's application demonstrate exactly why they're the right fit - not just another name in the pile.
Walk Into Aptitude Tests Ready to Succeed.

Apprenticeship interviews are not like normal job interviews. Most involve assessment centres with group exercises, technical tests, and multiple rounds - designed to filter out candidates quickly.
I prepare your teenager for exactly what they'll face. Not generic advice from from a textbook, but specific guidance on what companies like Microsoft, John Lewis, and Amazon actually ask and assess.
We practise exercises so they know how to stand out without dominating. We rehearse answers to the questions that catch most candidates off guards.
By interview day, your teenager walks in empowered, prepared and confident.

Support That Doesn't Stop When the Apprenticeship Starts
Congratulations!!! They have an offer which leads to a month into the apprenticeship....
The ongoing support option commences here to enable a smooth start and build between the teenager and apprenticeship.
The first months for an apprenticeship can be overwhelming - new environment, new expectations, and no roadmap for navigating workplace challenges.
That's why I stay involved after your teenager starts. We continue meeting to work through any difficulties, whether that's managing a tough project, communicating with colleagues or simply adjusting to professional life.
Most apprenticeship services disappear once placement is secured. Your teenager will have my support where I will continue to guide and build their confidence within the remit of the apprenticeship.

Why Parents Trust me with Their Teenager's Future
My story at glance-
At 16, I was left to make a decision of staying at school to do A levels I didn't want to do, or take a risk and apply for Apprenticeships! Everyone suggested to stay in familiar grounds and figure it out later, but that didn't feel right.
What could I possible discover on the other side of comfort and fear... I went for it!!!
After some dedication, perseverance, hard work and a few rejections!!! - I landed an apprenticeship - I was so happy!
At 17, I was made redundant. Ten days later, I had a better role at higher pay - because the skills I'd built were genuinely valuable.
Today, at 19, I work as a BIM technician at AKT II, one of the worlds leading structural engineering consultancies. The same firm behind Google London, Bloomberg European HQ, and the Generali Tower.
That's the experience and resilience behind every piece of advice I give your teenager.
Not theory.
Just balancing expectations and skills with reality!
Credibility

Give yourself the support you deserve to find the right apprenticeship and succeed with confidence!
